Let’s get this party started! Thinking back to my favorite birthday when I was a little bugger.  I always had a thing for confetti eggs, so much so that I begged my parents to host a party for me and 10 of my closest friends on Olvera Street in downtown Los Angeles.  Just so I could hit my friends on their heads with confetti eggs and make a real mess that Mom and Dad didn’t want to clean up.

Fast forward to present day and now we only have half the mess thanks to starch-based biodegradable Eco-Friendly Confetti. Following are instructions on how to make confetti eggs also know as Cascarones or your own eco confetti.
