Here is a little something something to help take the edge off during the holidays. Since I can’t offer up Curtis Stone wrapped in a red bow. This is his drink recipe for a yummy yummy eggnog martini. He pairs it with a pecan pie as seen on the Today show click here for the Pecan Pie recipe.
Eggnog martini
Curtis Stone Makes 1 martini• 1 oz eggnog
• 1 oz Frangelico
• 1 oz vodka
• 2 tablespoons crushed ice
• 1 whole nutmeg to grate for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well for about 20 to 30 seconds to ensure that it is mixed well and ice cold. Pour the mix through a strainer into a martini glass and grate a little of the nutmeg over the drink and serve.
